we offer different styles of yoga class daily, 7 days a week. taught by our experienced, certified yoga teachers.

once you are ready to book, select the class from the list below and follow the steps. you will receive confirmation once your booking is complete.

ANAHAW YOGA STUDIO TIMETABLE

anahaw is a purpose-built, dedicated yoga studio with the largest yoga class schedule in Negros Oriental, offering daily sessions seven days a week. walk-ins are always welcome! all levels are encouraged to join any class, and if you’re feeling shy, our beginners yoga on Sundays is a great way to learn the basics and build confidence. if you have any health concerns, please inform your yoga teacher beforehand or fill out new to anahaw yoga studio form before attending your first yoga class at anahaw. Yoga mats are provided at no extra cost, so you can simply come and enjoy your practice!
